Fucking P90X Yoga is a pain the ass.
It starts off so easy and you go “oh this is nothing, why do I hate this day again? Then, out of no where, you remember why: No escalation! Here’s what I mean, you go from really fucking easy…….to impossibly hard, need to be doing this for 2 years type bullshit!
